Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be happy with your order! If you are unsure about a size, please reach out to us for an expert recommendation.
We offer limited returns and exchanges, with a return authorization code ONLY, as overseen by our owner Helen.
You must email to get a return authorization code from us before you can make a return or exchange. Please email Info@Talltique.com to get your code, or for questions.
Our policies are as follows:
Full Priced Merchandise: can be returned for a refund (less shipping), store credit, or exchanged for another item/size/color of equal value. A return authorization code must be requested first and included in your return shipment.
Sale or Discounted Merchandise: can only be returned for a store credit, when a return authorization code is included. We do not offer refunds on items purchased on sale or using discount codes, only store credit is given.
Super Sale Merchandise: is FINAL SALE, no returns or exchanges offered.
•A return authorization must be requested within 14 days of the customer first receiving the item(s), and must be postmarked to return to us within 30 days of original delivery
•the item(s) must be unworn with original tickets attached
Once the returned or exchanged item is received and processed by us, we will issue you a refund, store credit or exchange as appropriate. You will be notified via email. Please note, refunds may take up to 5 business days to appear in your account from when they are processed.

We recommend returns and exchanges to be shipped via USPS with insurance and tracking updates.
Talltique cannot be held responsible for shipping related issues, including delivery malfunctions or delays. These are the responsibility of the delivery company.
